DETERMINATION OF CONSTANT ACCELERATION OF THE BODY USING AN ATWOOD MACHINE ACCESSORIES
ATWOOD MACHINE;
Meter tape;
 Stopwatch (chronometer)
The Atwood machine enables the study and demonstration of the basic laws of mechanics in a simple way.  It consists of a pulley (K) of small mass that can rotate about an axis (O) with little friction.  A thin inextensible thread is passed over the spool, to the ends of which two weights of equal mass (T and T) are attached.  The initial position of the weights is marked with the help of two markers (M and M) on the thread.  The third marker (A) is placed on the support so that it defines the horizontal position with the first two.  The marker (B) is placed on the support below (A).  The distance AV is then measured with a tape measure.

A weight (T) is placed on the weight (P), as shown in the figure.
The chronometer measures the time interval between the moment when the system is released (ie when the weights start moving) and the moment when the markers M and B match. The procedure is repeated for different positions of the marker (B), for example B ', B ",  ... etc, whereby the distances AB ', AB ", ... are previously measured with a meter tape.

DISPLAY OF RESULTS
Enter the measurement results in the table:
picture 2.

With uniformly accelerated rectilinear motion without initial velocity, the distance travelled s during time t:

where α is the acceleration of the body.

After entering the data in the table on graph paper, draw a graph s = kt².  Choose two non-experimental points A and B from the traffic.  The direction coefficient is:

acceleration is 2k.

please help, I don't know what i need to do here

s \frac{1}{2}at^{2}
k =  \frac{sA-sB}{ t²A-t²B}
