Throwing a rock vertically in using Kinetic Energy, it then transforms into Gravitational Energy as the rock falls.

Explanation:

First, as Kwane rubbing his and and iron his clothes using the energy to create heat, that is thermal being transformed.

The rock being thrown uses kinetic energy and due to graviational force of the earth, it is being transformed into Potential Gravitational Energy.
