This is a physics question about acceleration, I'm a Sophmore btw "Determine the amount of time it takes for a car to accelerate forward at a rate of 7.00 m/s^2 if it starts from rest and reaches a final speed of 30.0 m/s."

I was having trouble figuring out the time if anyone can help that'd be lovely!!
