1. In my opinion I think water evaporation is like the law of conservation, because water changes form to vapor then comes back to Earth as rains have simply changes form in the cycle.

2. Well, a humorous conservation law… whenever a certain that energy changes form it turns into a food item. So then if you're ever stranded on an island without food all you have to do is convert enough energy and just like that you have burgers and French fries.
