It is also a kind of kinetic energy so this is because the particles move when light, heat and radiation are taken from one source to another. Therefore, radiant energy is seen when visible light allows people to see where they are going

The kinetic energy also decreases when the particles in a liquid state decrease. the liquid is solidifying so the energy is cooling down.
