You found a box that is labeled as "Amplifier" in the lab and want to see if you can use it to amplify your music at home. The music source can be modeled as 2Vpeak, with a 15Ω internal impedance and the speaker can be modeled as a 40Ω resistor with a speaker max power rating = 50W.
ou can see that there are two ports in the amplifier box, so you make some measurements. With port 1 open, you apply 1V to port 2. You measure the current entering port 2 as 500mA and the voltage across port 1 as 10mV.
Then, with port 2 open, you apply a 10mV to port 1. Your measure the current entering port 1 as 50mA and the voltage across port 2 as 20V.

Use the terminated two-port model to determine whether you can use the amplifier with your speaker, or if the power* that it delivers is too great (and will blow out your speaker). Justify your answer.
