Asolid metal sphere with a radius 0.450m carries a net chargeof 0.250nc. find the magnitude of the electric field

a) at a point 0.100m outside the surface of the sphere;
b) at a point inside the sphere, 0.100m below thesurface
correct me if i'm worng but there should be no electic fieldinside the sphere right? (for b)
and i can't get an answer for (a)
