Gravity is a force between any two objects with mass why doesn’t a person feel a fractional force between him/herself and another person ?

Best way i know to answer it is you do! However its not alot of mass to acually feel the force,

Explanation: Lets say you weigh 150 pounds here on earth. Then you go to the moon somehow, you'd weigh 22 pounds on the moon!  There for you standing near whoever, then theres around a 0.000000000012 force pulling on you, and you don't feel it because its such a small force being pulled.
