One day during the skylab 4 mission, one of the skylab astronauts, focused on performing an experiment, did not notice that he had drifted into the center of one of the large spaces of the orbital laboratory. this was not an uncommon occurrence for the crew members in the weightless environment of skylab and was usually dealt with by having one of the other astronauts lend a hand. on that day in question, none of his colleagues volunteered any assistance, choosing instead to laugh at his predicament. the hero of our story found a way out of his situation without having to wait an hour for the air-conditioning system to blow him into one of the return ducts. how do you think he managed to get back to the side of the lab?
