(the surface looks like a (unopened) coke can) b) the charge is distributed over the top and bottom surface of a wedge with radius 'r', height 'h', and circumference which is 1/8th the circumference of a circle with radius 'r'. (a 'wedge' looks like a slice of pizza. you can assume o starts at 0).
