This question asks to change description of what characters in the text have said into direct dialogues. But the text itself, an excerpt, is missing, and the question is in Polish. So, basically, what you need to do is to transform 3rd person wording into 1st person, direct speech.

What a dialog should have to be understood and correct:

For a dialogue to be clear you need to know (and readers too) its purpose. When you quote your character, make him/her sound natural. Do not over do it! Speech tags are necessary when it is not clear from the words who, why and to whom is talking to. But be careful, speech tags can be tricky and very boring. Make sure you change tem, you use a variety of them, and you add some dynamic by inserting them in different places of dialogue.

For a dialogue to sound realistically, writers often use words common in spoken language, such as "ugh", "um", "like". Although those are not grammatically correct, they will add some "natural glare" to your dialogue (but of course, be careful with them). Slang and colloquialisms can be helpful, too.  

It is good always to have those main rules for dialogue writing on a side, so you can always look at them when you're stuck. Put them together, add some examples from your favourite books or essays, and after some time, you will write like a pro!
