Heat:

The total energy of a substance which is associated with the motion or movement of its molecules is known as Heat.

It depends on the nature, shape, number and size of the particles in the substance.

Molecular motion, oscillation and rotation increases with the increase in

the amount of heat supply to the substance.

Temperature:

Unlike Heat, it is not a form energy but it is the degree of measurement of heat energy. or the degree of how much hot or cold a substance is.

Any change in the heat supplied will result in a corresponding change in the temperature of that substance.

It is independent of the nature and size of the particles in any substance.

Entropy:

It is quantity thermodynamic in nature which represents the unavailability or absence of thermal energy associated with any system for it to be converted into useful mechanical work.

It is also interpreted as the degree of randomness of a system. The more the entropy the more is the randomness in the molecules of the system.
