The runner’s change in kinetic energy is 1,350 J? = firstly you would need to change the kinetic energy meaning that would be a kinetic energy of 1/2mv^2  so now you would do the m which would be for the mass and the v is the velocity as well the initial of k.e that would be 1/2 x 60 x 6^2 that would equal too = 1,080j Final K.E = 1/2 × 60 × 9² = 2,430 J Work done = change in kinetic energy. = 2,430 - 1,080 = 1,350 J.
