But their moons might . some moons like titan and triton have atmospheres and liquid material tho it is methane . others like  Europa , Enceladus ,callisto , and Ganymede are close enough to their planets to where the gravity of the gas giants will pull and tug on them creating enough geothermal activity to support like as well as most of them have water ice or under crust oceans .
