When light hits a smooth shiny surface the light a refracts b reflects c speeds up d diffracts

I would say reflects because a mirror is a smooth shiny surface and light reflects off of it

It would be reflects because when the light hits the surface it bounced off of it and hits let say the opisote wall like a mirror Hope this helps :)))

For me a person with a phd and who knows what there talking about.i know the chances of a radiation leak is low but if it does the area within a 96.3 mile radius would be unusable because of contamination
