According to the big bang theory, it is the phenomenon which has given birth to the universe that now we live in. The expansion of Universe occurred at a very high speed which resulted into a huge explosion but it took place in a very short period of time. Due to the reasoning it is referred to take place from a small singularity which was very densely populated with matter and antimatter. These came into existence and later on, the atoms combined to form molecules and gases.
