The law of conservation of energy is that energy cannot be created nor destroyed, it can only be transferred(or passed on) from one object/organism to another. For example, when you play a sport, say soccer, you kick the ball. The energy from your body, specifically, your foot, is then transferred to the ball, so the ball moves. Same for baseball.

the temperature and the pressure affect solubility. temperature affects by changing the properties of the solvent. the increase in pressure increases solubility, the decrease in pressure decreases solubility.
