CYTARABINE See package insert for complete prescribing information.
FOR INJECTION USP and/or sodium hydroxide for pH adjustment.
Each vial contains cytarabine 2g and, if necessary, hydrochloric acid
When reconstituted with 20 mL Bacteriostatic Water for Injection USP
FOR INTRAVENOUS, SUBCUTANEOUS,
with benzyl alcohol, each mL contains 100 mg cytarabine. Do not use
OR INTRATHECAL USE
a diluent containing benzyl alcohol for intrathecal and high dose
investigational use.
Store both powder and reconstituted solution at 25°C (77°F); excursions
permitted to 15 to 30°C (59° to 86°F) (see USP Controlled Room
2 gram
Temperature). Use reconstituted solution within 48 hours. Discard
solution if a slight haze develops.
