When I sit for periods of times longer than like 20 minutes I constantly have to move both or at least one of my feet. It looks like I need to pee its kinda embarrassing and I can physically stop it when I think about it enough, but the second I focus on something else I do it again. Some times I rap my feet on the legs of the chairs to stop them. does anyone have any idea WHY I do this? Is it just fidgeting?
