A 56 year known alcoholic man with impaired responsiveness was brought immediately to the Emergency Department after being struck by a motor vehicle. Significant physical findings T: 98.4 F, BP 130/ 80; Pulse: 76 /min RR; 14. PERRL. GCS: Eye opening- No response to pain. Verbal: inappropriate, abusive language. Motor: Flexion withdrawal to pain. Abdomen: Soft, non-tender, liver not palpable. Neurological Motor extremities 2/5 bilaterally in upper and lower extremities. A non-contrast head CT was ordered. What is the most likely diagnosis
