i haven’t worn a bra for a super long time and every time i leave the house to prevent my nipples from popping out I take dollar tree painters tape and put it over both of my nipples. i had not had a problem until now. my left nipple is red and slightly enlarged and has a small hard painful EXTREMELY painful lump right under the surface. the other one is fine. I cant receive medical help at this time for personal reasons so can somebody tell me how to fix this.
