The metabolic system is the process in which your body takes what you eat and drink and turns that into energy. And Thermoregulation creates internal body heat.

Explanation: The reason for my answer is because metabolic also means metabolism, and metabolism keeps your blood flow and body weight stable or if you have slow metabolism it affects your body. The better you eat, the faster your metabolism. And Thermoregulation is the process in which it allows your body to maintain its core internal temperature.
