4) Lim h→0 [F(x+h)-F(x)]/h=Lim h→0 (-20x-10h+7)

Lim h→0 [F(x+h)-F(x)]/h=-20x-0+7
Lim h→0 [F(x+h)-F(x)]/h=-20x+7
