Perimeter:  circumference of 10 m diameter circle and half circumference of 15 m diameter circle plus 3 m at top:

10pi cm + (1/2)(15 pi cm) + 3 = (17.5 pi) m + 3 m

Area:  area of 10 m diameter circle plus half area of 15 m diameter circle plus area of trapezoid:
                                                
pi*(5 cm)^2 + pi*(7.5 cm)^2    +  (15 m + 3 m)
                             * (14.5 m - 7.5 m)

Review:  area of a trapezoid is (a+b)*h
