173.055556 is lower than 200, that means some child tickets were sold too, but now we know that 173.055556(or rounded to the nearest ones place 174), adult tickets were sold, to find how many child tickets were we do:

200 - 174 = c
                = 26
                = 26 is the number of child tickets sold!
