Find the range of the function f(x)=4x-1 for the domain {-1,0,1,2,3} how do i do this?

Domain is the set of x-values and range is the set of y-values. 
So, to find the range, substitute each value of the domain in the given function f(x)=4x-1
 Domain is {-1,0,1,2,3} 
 When x=-1, f(x)= 4(-1)-1 =-4-1 = -5
 When x=0, f(x)=4(0)-1 = 0-1 =-1
 When x=1, f(x) = 4(1)-1 = 4-1 = 3
 When x=2, f(x) = 4(2)-1 =8-1 =7
 When x=3, f(x) = 4(3) -1 =12-1 = 11
 Therefore the range is {-5,-1,3,7,11}
