for length > 4 1/2 in > 4.5 in  (scale drawing)
[actual]=[4.5]/[0.25]=18 ft

for width > 3 3/8 in ---> (3*8+3)/8 ---> 27/8 in  (scale drawing)
[actual]=[27/8]/[0.25]=13.5 ft

the area of one square in the actual=(1/2)*(1/2)=0.25 ft²
