tan (angle) = opp / adjacent
tan (angle) = 3,200 / 6,336
tan (angle) = 0.505050505
angle = 26.796 Degrees

IF the length is measured from the ground to the top then:
sin (angle) = opp / hypotenuse
sin (angle) = 0.505050505
angle = 30.335 Degrees

Answer is a not really sure tho
