What is the answer to the length of a rectangle is 5 feet more then the width and the perimeter is 22 what is is width of the rectangle?

Question:
l = 5 + w
perimeter = 22
width?

Solution:
Perimeter = 22
2(l + w)     = 22
2(5+w+w) = 22
2 (5 + 2w) = 22
     5 + 2w = 11
           2w = 6
             w = 3

The width is 3

So don't take my word i'm not exactly a mathematical person but i would assume a. because while selling the soap every month you increase in sells so you would by 11 percent. the you would get the factor 0.89 which if i had to guess would be the monthly profit over 11 probably wrong tho
