-2H = -13
H = -13/-2
H = 6.5 <== height is 6.5 inches

H + 5 = 0
H = -5this wont work because it is negative

L = 2H - 3
L = 2(6.5) - 3
L = 13 - 3
L = 10 <== length is 10 inches

It’s 24.6 after you round to the nearest tenths the answer should be 25.0
