x=0 or x-1 =0 or x +1= 0
x=0 or x = 1 or x = -1
if : x = 0 : y = 4(0)^4 -8(0)^2+16(0) +7 =7
if : x =1 : y = 4(1)^4 -8(1)^2+16(1) +7 = 19
if : x = -1 : y = 4(-1)^4 -8(-1)^2+16(-1) +7 = -13
