When finding the area of a big circle that has an inner circle, do you exclude the inner circle area from the total area of outer circle? Or do you only subtract inner circle in certain situations such as the inner circle is a hole.

The area (A) of a circle or circular region is given by A = πr^2, where r is the radius and, by definition, π = circumference/diameter = 22/7 (approximately).

part b)  the measure of angle k could also be

(180-29)=151°

so
