Part A A line passes through (-4,-3) and (2,-1)

Find the equation of any line parallel to the given line

Answer to part A
Since the slopes of the parallel line are EQUAL, the slope of the parallel line is 1/3. Therefore, the question of parallel line is y=1/3x-7.

I don’t understand how to solve Part B here it is

Find a point on the parallel line from Part A that is NOT the y-intercept
