Given:

A quadratic equation with values (coefficients) as a, b and c

To Find:

Values of a, b and c

Solution:

Let the standard form of a quadratic equation be  where  and  are constants and ,  and  is called variable.

Example -

(i) Let  be quadratic equation. Compare this equation with standard form and we can deduce that

(ii) Let  be another quadratic equation. Here,  because, the value is 0 for variable .
