b) Construct a 99% confidence interval for the true proportion of registered voters that are affiliated with Party X. Show all work. (Hint: the critical value, the margin of error, p, q, the computation, etc.)

c) The Governor of the state believes that a majority of all registered voters in the state are affiliated with Party X because the confidence interval includes values greater than 50% Does the data in the table support the Governor’s belief? Justify your answer.
