A number is called an in-between prime if it is a positive integer, and if the preceding and succeeding whole numbers (the numbers directly before, and directly after it) are prime. For example, 4 is an in-between prime because it is a positive whole number and the preceding whole number (3) and the succeeding whole number (5) are both prime numbers. Find all of the in-between primes that are less than 100.
