Billy is an avid golfer. He was sitting in the gym watching the boys basketball team play when he thought, "I wonder how many golf balls it would take to fill the entire
gym?" After the game, he measured the gymnasium. Here are his measurements:
Length is 30.48 meters; Width is 14.63 meters; and the Height is 12 meters. He
stacked four golf balls together, got the measurements and calculated a volume of
163.06 cubic centi-meters. He will assume there are no bleacher or goals in the gym.
Based on his assumptions, how many golf balls would it take to fill up the gymnasium?
