ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CHALLENGE? 35 POINTS I know some folks need points and so I'll be glad to set up some 'questions' to help do so If I can get some help with some of these. Any help would be appreciated.

1-You want to buy a $32,000 car. The company is offering a 5% annual interest rate compounded monthly for 60 months (5 years). What will your monthly payments be?

2-Graduation is 4 years away and you want to have $500 available for a trip. If your bank is offering a 4-year CD (certificate of deposit) paying 2.3% simple interest, how much do you need to put in this CD to have the money for your trip?

3-A payday loan store charges $45 for a one-month loan of $500. What annual interest rate is this equivalent to?

4-Find the final hourly wage if a $10.00 starting wage is increased by 4.5%each year for 7 years. Find the answer using a spreadsheet, then check your result using the compound interest formula.

5-You deposit $500 each month into an account earning 5% annual interest compounded monthly.
a) How much will you have in the account in 35 years?
b) How much total money will you put into the account?
c) How much total interest will you earn?
