A general question about Riemann sums... Generally, if a function is increasing, the left Riemann sum is an underestimation and the right Riemann sum is an overestimation. If a function is decreasing, the left Riemann sum is an overestimation and the right Riemann sum is an underestimation. Does this also apply to functions that are entirely negative? Thanks!
