A sandwich store charges a delivery fee to bring lunch to an office building. One office pays $33 for 4 turkey sandwiches. Another office pays $61 for 8 turkey sandwiches. 1) Make a table comparing total cost in dollars, y, to number of turkey sandwiches, x. Be sure to label your column headers. Include a row that shows the cost of just the delivery fee (hint: zero sandwiches). Show the rate of change somewhere in your table.

2) Graph the relationship between total cost in dollars, y, to number of turkey sandwiches, x. Be sure to label your axes.

3) Write an equation (in any form) that represents the relationship between total cost in dollars, y, to number of turkey sandwiches, x.

4) Use your equation to determine the cost of 99 turkey sandwiches, plus delivery. Show all work.
