A member has had an account for 9 days and asks for a prorated refund based on the time they did not use . They are signed up for our 180 usd a month plan( 45 usd a week). Understanding that we are trying to provide a member with the best customer experience possible , how much would you refund for them ? Why did you refund them this amount ?
