FPH is having a contest to see which class can sell the most yellow FPCS hats. Ms. Haupin's Algebra I classes have already sold 40 hats, and they sell another 5 hats every day. Write an equation in slope-intercept form to represent the total number of hats sold (y) after x amount of days. Mr. Oplinger's Algebra I classes have already sold 100 hats, but they only sell another 2 hats each day. Write an equation in slope-intercept form to represent the total number of hats sold (y) after x amount of days.

After a certain amount of days, the total number of hats sold by Ms. Haupin's classes and Mr. Oplinger's classes will be equal. Create a system of equations and solve to find the number of days and total number of hats sold by each teacher's classes.
