This is a multi-part question.
1. The SkyWheel has 42 glass enclosed gondolas. What is the measure of each central angle between gondola cars, to the nearest hundredth degree?
2. The SkyWheel has a diameter of 184 feet. What is the radius? (do not round)
3. Use your answers from #1 and #2 to find the length of each arc between gondola cars. Use 3.14 for pi and round to the nearest hundredth. Show your work.
4. Again, using your answers from #1 and #2, find the area of each sector between gondola cars. Use 3.14 for pi and round to the nearest hundredth. Show your work.
5. The SkyWheel ride provides 3 complete revolutions and lasts approximately 10 minutes. It the diameter of the Ferris wheel is 183 feet, how far far would you travel in those three revolutions? Use 3.14 for pi and round to the nearest hundredth. Show your work.
