You must have at least 5 rooms o 1 of these room must be at least 120 ft2
You must have functional and realistic door and hallway spaces
You will receive a required space in addition to the 5 room minimum that you must incorporate into your design
You will pick one room to furnish. You must incorporate at least 3 pieces of furniture in this room. Using realistic
dimensions for the furniture, you will sketch and label the furniture pieces into the room. Then, you will find the
"walkable space" in this room.
