also I'm not sure if you've ever heard of this place, and I feel bad that I didn't add this in the first place. So please forgive me . But there's this therapy place that I've been going to for the past 8 years , it's called region 10 . the region 10 I go to as a really great place . The reason I started going there was because after my brother passed away I took it very hard oh, and years later, I'm 17 now and I am still not able to cope with it . but I do recommend region 10, it helps me out a whole lot, and I think maybe talking to someone there would be good

I dont think is the best place to talk about it but im cool with talking with you. Also if your sad just talk to your parents/gardians and friends.
