A student in wildlife management studied trout habitats in the upper Shavers Fork watershed in West Virginia. The springtime water pH of 29 randomly selected tributary sample sites was found to have the following values: 6.2, 6.3, 5.0, 5.8, 4.6, 4.7, 4.7, 5.4, 6.2, 6.0, 5.4, 5.9, 6.2, 6.1, 6.0, 6.3, 6.2, 5.8, 6.2, 6.3, 6.3, 6.3, 6.4, 6.5, 6.6, 6.1, 6.3, 4.4, 6.7

Use a 90% confidence interval to estimate the mean springtime water pH of the tributary water basin around the Shavers Fork watershed.
