Spencer is an artist getting ready for a gallery opening. He paints in both watercolors and pastels and has time to paint at most 24 pictures. Each type of picture takes him about the same amount of time to paint. The materials for each watercolor will cost him $23 and the materials for each pastel will cost him $13. He has $260 to spend on the materials. Spencer makes $120 profit on each watercolor and $180 profit on each pastel. Let x = watercolors and let y = pastels. What is the Objective or Profit Function?
