is  y=  F(x + 6) so, now F(0) is reached when x= -6, so you shifted 6 units to the left.

If the graph of the given function were shifted upward by six units

now you go upwards so y= F(x) - 6, so you move your graph 6 units upwards.

. For the same y-values, the corresponding x-values of the function are 1.5 times of the x-values of the function

here you have y = F(1.5*x)

so you know that F(x) = x2, and knowing the graph of f, you just have to move it or expand it as the problem says, or also can use the replacements that i give you and do a graph of each and you will see how it changes.
