A. If you have less than negative 30 it would be negative 31 and lower so it would be less than 30
B. Well if you have more than negative 25 it would be from negative 24 and up which means she can owe or less than 25 
C. If George has 5 dollars less than Susan's it means he would have less than Susan 
D. Well if Antonio has 15 dollars less than Maria it means that he would have less than Maria 
So it means that Antonio's balance is less than Maria's balance...
