A = 2 a² ( 1 + √ 2 )
and a = r √ 2
a = 6 √ 2
A = 2 * ( 6 √2 )² * ( 1 + √ 2 ) =
= 2 * 72 ( 1 + √ 2 ) =
= 144 * ( 1 + √ 2 )  m²  = 144 + 144 √2 ≈ 347.65 m²
